- W3164173875 abstract "面對後疫情時代的來臨，全球持續關注的是如何早日帶領社會走出陰霾，締造永續、健康與可持續的人社會發展模式。傳統的經濟生產與成長理論體系，均受到莫大的挑戰，本文基於目前情勢的發展，與及從事於USR（芎林地區）與區域創生（尖石前山）經驗發現，其臺灣地區各族群的創生與發展，除了傳統經濟面向外，更應該關注於精神與文化層面。傳統成長與生產導向的經濟規模思惟，似乎已經日漸不足以因應快速變化的時代挑戰，尤其無法給予目前市場需求停滯與去全球化的動態趨勢。本研究特別指出，人文價值的創新與精神層次的歷史溯源探索，矯正過去城鄉發展失衡與商業利益過度重視的弊病，是值得我們深思的一個重要課題。本研究並嚐試用比較觀點探索邊陲鄉鎮，在資本資源與關注的分配下，應該嚐試提供文化與創造力的完整論述，締造邊陲小鎮的永續發展。" @default.
