- W3165014761 abstract "This research will highlight the importance of the effect of compensation and employee satisfaction in the manufacturing sector. The methodology that is used is based on a qualitative method where the total sample size is based on 248 people. The respondents were from the manufacturing industry that includes Chemical, Pharma, FMCG, and Automotive to name few. The compensation can be divided into direct & indirect compensation, the direct compensation includes salary & wages while the indirect compensation includes vacation, insurance etc etc. But whether the compensation is direct or indirect they both are important in increasing the employee satisfaction. Not only this the compensation also plays significant part in employee productivity as well. Moreover it has also been seen that the employees who are performing very good for the organization can also be retain with better compensation plan. So while making the compensation plans the organization must keep in their mind that whatever the compensation that they are going to offer to their employee in return of their work it should make them satisfy. Because satisfaction is the force that drives an employee to produce the result. In today’s tough & competitive environment organizations prime goal is to optimize their profit & to optimize their profits they need to make sure that resources including human resource are efficiently utilized. And if the employees are satisfied you do not need to guide them to achieve the objective of the organization & to keep them satisfied compensation is one of the best way." @default.
