- W3168183744 abstract "In recent decades or so, the use of big data has become very common among organizations). The reasons for such an interest have been well proven: data storage costs have dropped (in all formats) significantly and data generation technology (such as sensors and wearables) has at the same time become inexpensive. At the same time, techniques for manipulating and managing data stored by organizations are now incorporated in standard software to allow practitioners to rapidly gain insights and use them to enhance organizational performance. The ability of a company to recognize, integrate, turn, and apply useful external information is individual innovation capacity. For business growth, it is regarded an essential. In the formation and evaluation of the Individual Innovation Capability of a company, new technological systems play a vital role. This study provides an evaluation of the capacity of individual innovation in the literature of information systems. HRIS researchers have used the aim to establish individual innovation in different and sometimes conflicting directions. Controversy relates to how to conceptualize individual capacity for innovation, the acceptable degree of study, and how it can be assessed. In reviewing this framework, our goal is to reduce such uncertainty by enhancing the awareness and appreciation of individual innovation and directing its successful use within HRIS study. This study describes the origins in the larger strategic literature of the Individual Innovation Capability Framework and gives specific attention to its conceptualization, conclusions, and connection to knowledge management. Regarding this, this study discusses whether individual innovation capacity in HRIS study has been conceptualized, assessed, and used. This study further explores how the capacity for individual innovation integrates into separate HRIS concepts and promotes comprehension of different HRIS concepts. Based on this, this provide a framework in which HRIS researchers can more effectively utilize the valuable factors capacity for innovation while analyzing the influence of HRIS on individual capacity for innovation in companies." @default.
