- W3169080436 abstract "본 글은 개성공단에 대한 지금까지의 논의의 틀에서 벗어나 개성공단이라는 공간을 미시적으로 바라보는 관점을 제시하고자 하였다. 개성공단에서 만들어진 남북 최초 거버넌스로서 ‘개성공업지구관리위원회’의 설립과정과 역할을 중심으로 살펴보고, 이를 통해 미래 남북관계와 협력에 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 개성공업지구관리위원회는 개성공단을 관리하기 위해 남북이 함께 만든 거버넌스로서 공식적인 역할을 부여받았음에도 불구하고, 설립과정에서 많은 시행착오를 거쳤다. 개성공업지구관리위원회는 남북협력과 합의의 중심기관으로 역할 하는 동시에 각종 합의 과정과 경험을 누적시키고 전파하면서 남북 통합경험을 가진 특수성을 지니게 되었으며 다양한 채널의 협력체계를 구축하게 되었다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 이해관계가 점차 복잡해졌던 개성공단에서의 협력에 중요한 역할을 지속할 수 있었다. 개성공업지구관리위원회가 개성에서 기능했던 거버넌스의 협력적 역할은 미래 남북관계에 있어서 중요한 시사점을 가지며, 향후 남북협력이 순조롭게 연착륙하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다." @default.
