In the study, frequency analysis, normality test, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, path analysis with structural equation model (SEM) and Sobel test were used. As a result of the analyzes, it has been determined that interactional justice affects communication satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. It was found that communication satisfaction also affects organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, it has been revealed that communication satisfaction has a mediating role in the effect of interactional justice on organizational citizenship behavior." @default.
