- W3175980951 abstract "According to the latter feature temperature measuring instruments are divided into two groups - contact and non-contact. Contact based on direct contact of the primary temperature transducer with the object under study, as a result of which in the ideal case the state of thermodynamic equilibrium of transducer and object must come. Non-contact temperature measuring instruments are mainly based on the perception by their thermo-receiver of the energy spectrum of electromagnetic radiation, which is emitted by anybody with a temperature above absolute zero. Accurate temperature measurement is essential, particularly in the sick neonate. Premature neonates are missing or underdeveloped mechanisms of thermogenesis, so the body temperature controls are required in newborns is an important task. At the moment, the temperature of premature newborns in incubators is monitored exclusively by contact methods. The use contact methods can cause discomfort or injury. The use of non-contact thermometry will avoid these disadvantages. To improve the health of the newborn, it is necessary to maintain their temperature as close to 37 degrees as possible. Thus, neonate's temperature measurements need to be reliable, precise, and reproducible. To monitor the temperature of newborns in the intensive care unit, this paper describes non-contact temperature methods. This paper is part of the work devoted to the modernization and development of medical equipment for neonatal based on the JSC Production Association Urals Optical & Mechanical Plant named after Mr. E. S. Yalamov production." @default.
