- W3176038472 abstract "Aktuelle Forschungsarbeiten zeigen, dass sich durch eine effektive KSS (Kühlschmierstoff)-Versorgung verbesserte Zerspanbedingungen erreichen lassen. Folglich reduziert sich die thermo-mechanische Belastung und die Prozessleistung kann erhöht werden. Darüber hinaus sinkt aufgrund strömungsoptimierter KSS-Düsen und einer geringeren KSS-Fördermenge der Energieverbrauch. Infolgedessen sind die KSS-Anlagen kleiner dimensionierbar. Somit lässt sich die Energieeffizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit signifikant steigern. Current research activities have shown that an effective fluid supply improves the chip removal conditions. In consequence, thermo-mechanical loads affecting the workpiece material can be decreased at increasing productivity. Furthermore, the energy consumption can be reduced due to flow optimized fluid supply nozzles and minimized fluid flow rates. As a result fluid supply systems can be downsized and significant increase of energy and economic efficiency can be obtained." @default.
