- W3176699170 abstract "The investigation of the views of key stakeholders who can influence policies on globalization has not received the attention it deserves by management researchers. Using a sample of 301 managers and professionals from the private, public and non-governmental organizations, we explore attitudes to globalization and potential future behaviour within the context of globalization. The analyses indicate that it might be possible to predict what stakeholders in developing countries might do if they had the opportunity to influence globalization-related policies. We found strong relationships between specific attitudes to globalization and preferences for particular roles of government. Implications for theory and the management of MNCs have been drawn from the findings." @default.
