Actually, the genesis of structural changes in electrochemical catalysts during the reaction process is often actively influenced by both intrinsic factors and various environmental fields. In this short review, we summarized the latest advances in the structural self-reconstruction of OER electrocatalysts, with a focus on the strategies in rationally driving reconstruction as well as the in situ capturing process, through the combination of synchrotron radiation–based multitechniques. Moreover, extensive efforts are encouraged to precisely manipulate the OER catalyst's self-optimization process, with capability to accelerate their high potential for various practical applications." @default.
