The proposed method is the combination of Improved Bat Search Algorithm and Moth Flame Optimization Algorithm; hence, it is called IBSMFO method. To modify the search behavior function of bats, like crossover, mutation is employed. Here, MFOA has managed IBSA’s search behavior in view of reducing error function. The objective presented that proposed approach improves the power quality with respect to the variation of active with reactive power. With fulfill the objective, MFOA is optimal to reduce the power variant. Also, operating cost of RESs is minimized in light of daily and weekly data forecast for price of grid electricity, electrical load, and environmental parameters. The proposed approach relates to energy storage components’ efficiency in the entire system for enhancement of power. At that point, the presented method is executed at worksite of MATLAB/Simulink condition. With current procedures, the execution is surveyed. The optimized power parameters such as active with reactive power for the proposed with existing methods are also conducted. The active power controller parameters like Kpp using ABC are 8.2270, GSA is 9.6325, FA is 9.2545, and the proposed approach is 8.8554. The active power controller parameters like Kpi using ABC are 0.0020, GSA is 2.3020, FA is 1.6580, and the proposed approach is 1.8569.
