• W3182055183 abstract "The purpose of this study is to take Jingdong as an example to analyze the influence of fresh e-commerce logistics service quality on customer satisfaction. This study combs B2C fresh e-commerce logistics service quality, customer satisfaction related literature. Referring to the previous theoretical models of logistics service quality on consumer behavior, this study constructs a conceptual model with Jingdong fresh e-commerce logistics service quality as independent variable and customer satisfaction as dependent variable. Among them, fresh e-commerce logistics service quality includes six dimensions: freshness, tangibility, reliability, assurance, infection and responsibility. Drawing on the mature and standard research scales of predecessors, this study further forms a formal questionnaire. 182 valid questionnaires were obtained through online questionnaires. Through descriptive analysis and regression analysis of the survey data, this study verifies the research hypothesis between the logistics service quality and customer satisfaction of Jingdong fresh e-commerce., freshness (0.002), tangibility (0.003), reliability (0.079), assurance (0.324), assurance (0.213) and responsiveness (0.359) were positively correlated with customer satisfaction. Based on the results of empirical research, this paper puts forward the following management suggestions for Jingdong fresh e-commerce enterprises. The first is to improve the quality of cold chain distribution to ensure the quality of fresh food. The second is to improve the quality logistics staff service.
