This study aims to recognize leadership needs to develop teamwork-related flexible skills of clinical nurses to increase staff satisfaction and improves the worth of care. The present study is the usefulness of the Johari Window model for the promotion of teamwork among staff nurses. This study is to encourage teamwork among staff nurses by using the concept of the Johari window model. The objectives are to measure the altitude of teamwork, to assess the post interventional level of cooperation, to assess the helpfulness of the Johari window model in promoting the team and association between the system of teamwork and to with the selected variables of staff nurses." @default.
