They are prepared using a specific technology that distinguishes them by certain gastronomic indicators related to a geographical area, region or country. The influence of several demographic processes on the Bulgarian lands contributes significantly to their contemporary appearance, reflecting the cultural heritage of the Bulgarian nation. A large part of foods shape the model nowadays and part of the diet of the local population. The cultural and mass events promote the composition and the specifics of production. Traditional dishes such as Panagyurska Lukanka, Rhodope klin, Krotmach, Kachamak, Tolum Cheese and others have been the subject of numerous studies at each stage of their production. The combination of production and the marketing element makes an advertising model for several restaurants, both in Bulgaria and around the world. The HoReCa sector in Bulgaria creates institutional links between the participating countries, enabling them to be transformed into foods. They can be the subject of numerous studies related to their health, functional and consumer qualities. Today, most of the Bulgarian foods are prepared mainly at home and less as mass production. The creation of an identification list combining their name, production technology and bioactive composition can be part of the stage of implementation in industrial production. In this way, they can be delivered for consumption to a larger group of consumers. Studying them can be a stage of consistent action to preserve European culture and improve the quality of in people's menus." @default.
