- W3185611178 abstract "The article discusses the features of the development and use of intelligent learning environments for healthcare professionals. It is emphasized that in the context of digitalization of healthcare, for the successful management of information resources of training processes for medical specialists, it is necessary to create and use training systems that cover a set of operational medical solutions. It is noted that ontologies serve as a means of structuring and exchanging data, combining already existing stocks of knowledge, searching and editing existing knowledge. It has been proven that the complexity of modern hardware and software of medical systems leads to a high probability of errors and vulnerabilities and requires good technological compatibility and the use of intelligent support tools. And also the creation of protective equipment that support the full cycle of training, including diagnostic processes. As a result of the use of intellectual support tools at a new level of integration, many issues related to determining the required level of security of information resources when making medical decisions are being comprehensively resolved." @default.
