- W3185896864 abstract "Nivolumab is standard therapy as third line chemotherapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer (AGC). However, prognostic factor in AGC patients with nivolumab is still unclear. In this multicenter retrospective study, we collected clinical data of AGC patients treated with nivolumab alone as the third-line or later line treatment. Between January 2016 and May 2020, 113 patients were enrolled. The median progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were 2.0 and 5.7 months, respectively. The objective response and disease control rates were 6 and 21%, respectively. We investigate prognostic factor such as PS, neutrophil lymphocyte ratio, Glasgow prognostic factor, prior ramucirumab and hyponatremia. In multivariate analysis, hyponatremia is only significantly poor prognostic factor in overall survival. This study suggests that hyponatremia might be helpful in identifying the patients likely to benefit from nivolumab for AGC." @default.
