The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of Islamic law on the implementation of inheritance distribution in the community of Bungo Taman Agung Village and what factors affect the implementation of inheritance law in Bungo Taman Agung Village, Bathin III District, Bungo Regency. The results showed that the influence of Islamic law on the implementation of inheritance distribution in Bungo Taman Agung Village had no effect at all. This is shown from the research of 5 (five) families who have distributed inheritance, all of which are subject to local customary law. Based on the provisions of Islamic law in the division of inheritance for sons and daughters 2:1, however, in 5 (five) families who have distributed inheritance in this study, the distribution is carried out equally or divided according to the agreement of the heirs. As for the factors that influence the implementation of inheritance law in Bungo Taman Agung Village, among others, the customary factor and the heir agreement factor. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh hukum Islam terhadap pelaksanaan pembagian warisan pada masyarakat Kelurahan Bungo Taman Agung Kecamatan Bathin III Kabupaten Bungo. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh hukum Islam terhadap pelaksanaan pembagian warisan pada masyarakat Kelurahan Bungo Taman Agung serta faktor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan hukum waris di Kelurahan Bungo Taman Agung Kecamatan Bathin III Kabupaten Bungo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh hukum Islam terhadap pelaksanaan pembagian warisan di Kelurahan Bungo Taman Agung tidak berpengaruh sama sekali. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari penelitian 5 (lima) keluarga yang telah melakukan pembagian warisan, di mana semuanya tunduk terhadap hukum adat setempat. Berdasarkan ketentuan hukum Islam dalam pembagian harta warisan bagian untuk anak laki-laki dan dan anak perempuan 2:1 namun pada 5 (lima) keluarga yang telah melakukan pembagian warisan dalam penelitian ini pembagian dilakukan secara sama rata atau dibagi sesuai kesepakatan ahli waris. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan hukum waris di Kelurahan Bungo Taman Agung antara lain faktor adat dan faktor kesepakatan ahli waris." @default.
