- W3186332151 abstract "In learning mathematics, many teachers complain about the low ability of students to apply mathematical concepts. Therefore, the teacher should create an atmosphere of cooperative learning in the classroom. This classroom action research aims to determine the increase in the achievement of competence and students' learning completeness after applying the cooperative learning method of the investigation group model (GI). The subject of this research is students of class XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Penebel for the 2019/2020 academic year. As the object of research is mathematical competence and student learning completeness. Student mathematics learning competency data were collected using learning achievement tests. Furthermore, the data collected in this study were analyzed descriptively. The criterion for the success of action research is determined based on the classical average value of learning achievement at least equivalent to the KKM score of 70 and the percentage of classical completeness in each cycle above or equal to 85%. The results showed that there was an increase in the achievement of students' mathematical competence, namely in the first cycle with an average value of 68.96 and in the second cycle it increased to 72.29. Meanwhile, the completeness of students in the first cycle was 62.50%, an increase in the second cycle was 87.50%. The conclusion from this research is that the type of investigative group cooperative learning model (GI) can improve student achievement.Dalam pembelajaran matematika banyak guru yang mengeluhkan rendahnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam menerapkan konsep matematika. Oleh karena itu, guru hendaknya menciptakan suasana belajar kooperatif dalam kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pencapaian kompetensi dan ketuntasan belajar peserta didik setelah diterapkan metode pembelajaran kooperatif model group investigation (GI). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Penebel Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Sebagai objek penelitian adalah kompetensi matematika dan ketuntasan belajar peserta didik. Data kompetensi belajar matematika peserta didik dikumpulkan menggunakan tes prestasi belajar. Selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif. Kriteria keberhasilan penelitian tindakan ditetapkan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar secara klasikal minimal setara dengan nilai KKM sebesar 70 dan persentase ketuntasan secara klasikal pada masing-masing siklus di atas atau sama dengan 85%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pencapaian kompetensi matematika peserta didik yaitu pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 68,96 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 72,29. Sedangkan ketuntasan peserta didik pada siklus I sebesar 62,50% meningkat pada siklus II mencapai 87,50%. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation (GI) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik." @default.
