- W3188507208 abstract "Day by Day the usage of plastic is increasing and it is a major problem for humans and environment the plastic like E-plastic is more hazardous the recycling ratio of this plastic is very less and the utilization of E-waste in concrete is a partial solution for environment and Human health the partial replacement of e waste in concrete will give good strength to the structure and help to environment to reduce the usage of natural resources like fine and coarse aggregates. the resources of E-plastic waste are discarded computers, old refrigerator, cell phones etc. An experimental study is made on the partial replacement of coarse aggregate in m25 grade concrete the replacement ratio of E-plastic waste are 0%, 5.5%, 11%, 16.5% and The test done in two stages of the cube, prism and cylinder conducted in 7 days and 28 days and water cement ratio is taken 0.50, cement is used OPC 53 grade. The moulds are used cube, prism, cylinders. As the compressive, flexural, split tensile strength, thermal strength test are conducted at two stages and compared between convectional concrete and e-waste concrete improve the strength of the concrete. the curing time is 7and 28 days of curing, in this study the thermal compression strength is more than the normal compression strength.Hence we get that optimum percentage up to which we can introduce a mix of e-waste as coarse aggregate is 0%-5.5% (increase in strength) to 5.5%-11% (permissible mean strength)" @default.
