- W3188641189 abstract "本研究の目的は，開発途上国を対象とした，科学的根拠に基づき，簡便な大規模貯水池の最適運用法の開発である．2011年に史上最悪の洪水被害に見舞われたタイ国Chao Phraya川流域では，政府が新たな流域マネジメント方法を検討している． 本研究では，過去の貯水池流入実績データに基づいた新たな最適運用ルールカーブの作成法を開発し，それを用いた簡便な貯水池運用方法を提案した．また本研究では，2つの大規模ダム貯水池に対して，運用開始から2015年2月までの流入量，蒸発量データのみを用いて本提案運用法の検証を行った．その結果，提案運用法は全ての期間において，放流量を下流域の洪水・渇水のリスクの高まらない範囲に維持しながら貯水量の安定的な運用を達成した．また渇水年においても，乾期の放流量を十分に確保することが可能になった．" @default.
