Notre regard est reste fixe sur ce dernier element qui est le retard. C’est ainsi que la presente etude vise a montrer que certains aspects de la pratique des ressources humaines, participent a la reduction des comportements deviants. Nous partons de l’hypothese generale selon laquelle, l’amelioration des pratiques R.H influencent de maniere significative la baisse de comportements deviants a la direction generale du tresor. Cette baisse ne peut que passer par une meilleure adequation des profils aux postes, une determination objective des objectifs et une evaluation des performances.English Abstract: So in the private companies, the research of the profit is the main aim, admitting a fixing of target, a recruitment of the best candidates because corresponding for the great majority to the station and profiles which are needed followed at the end of each exercise of a permanent evaluation of the performances, it should be stressed that in state enterprise, where it is the general interest which is required, the mechanisms of human stock management not being framed, one observes by consequence, the installation of the behaviors deviating such as the absenteeism, the flight, corruption, the diversion, the delay. Our glance remained fixed on this last element which is the delay. Thus the present study aims at showing that certain aspects of the practice of human resources, take part in the reduction of the deviating behaviors. We leave the general assumption according to which, the improvement of practices R.H significantly influence the fall of behaviors deviating with the head office of the treasure. This fall can only pass by a better adequacy of the profiles to the stations, an objective determination of the objectives and a performance evaluation." @default.
