- W3190360054 abstract "This article explores various ways to mutually achieve Sustainable Development Goals 7 “Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all” and Sustainable Development Goal 13 “Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts” for the most effective their implementation in the context of Industry 4.0. The methodological basis of the study involves a combination of general scientific (dialectical, historical, inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic) and private scientific methods (formal legal, comparative legal, interpretative, statistical, procedural, and dynamic). According to the results of the study, the authors have identified the most important points of synergy interaction: It is necessary to increase investments (primarily through the Green Climate Fond) in the development of environmentally friendly technologies and energy efficiency technologies, climate change mitigation technologies; to facilitate access for developing countries and least developed countries. In conclusion, the authors come to the opinion that in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the fall in oil prices, and World Trade Organization Dispute Settlement Body cases on supporting the subsidies on renewable energy, the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 7 and Sustainable Development Goal 13 can cause significant difficulties and be impeded." @default.
