- W3193172686 abstract "本研究の目的は，開発した第一中足骨内反軽減シューズを紹介するとともに，その開発意義について母趾外反角と第一中足骨内反角の関連から検討した。本シューズは，歩行時に体重が前足部にかかると，押上式の中足骨パッドが機能して，第一中足骨内反を軽減する構造になっている。外反母趾を有する女性11名（平均67．8±13．9歳）を対象に，母趾外反角（hallux valgus；HV 角）と第一中足骨内反角（第一‐第二中足骨角；Ｍ1‐Ｍ2 角）をＸ線撮影した結果，HV 角とM1‐M2角は有意（p＜0．01）な正の相関（r＝0．861，R2＝0．741）が認められた。このことから，開発した本シューズを一定期間着用することで，外反母趾の痛みの軽減や歩行能力の改善が認められるか否か，さらには外反母趾自体の予防や改善効果について，科学的に検証する意義が示された。" @default.
