- W3196932669 abstract "緒言:肉芽腫性乳腺炎（granulomatous mastitis:GM）は原因不明の良性炎症性疾患である．画像上，乳癌に類似した所見を呈し，治療には確立した指針はなく，再発率が比較的高いため治療に難渋することがある．目的:GMと診断された10例の臨床症状，画像所見等を評価しステロイド治療の効果および転帰を検討した．対象:2011年から2019年に岐阜大学医学部でGMと診断された10例とした．結果:平均年齢40.2歳であった．治療は全例にステロイド治療を行い､10例中8例はPSL 0.5mg/kgで開始された．治療平均期間は11.43カ月であった．現時点で，治療が終了した後の症例すべてに再発は認めていない（経過観察期間中央値29.7カ月）．結語:当院で経験したGM10例において，ステロイド治療は慎重に経過を見ながら約1年程度かけて減量することで再発率が低く，有用な治療法である可能性が示唆された．" @default.
