Paired t-tests were applied to examine the responses of 148 luxury hotel employees in The Bahamas through a scenario-based experiment. The findings show that the scenario had a positive effect on job security and employee retention with a statistically significant increase from the hypothesis that EGM has a positive effect. There was also not enough evidence to prove that openness had a moderating effect. The results confirmed that the global mobility would be a suitable talent management strategy and they innovative hybrid will support a sustainable business and society and that in their perceptions; organizations were doing a better job at maintaining their employees and sustaining work for their employees." @default.
