Meanwhile maqāsid syari'ah is a theoretical approach to Islamic legalphilosophy to carry out the benefit of humans and attention to the application of lawwhich according to Syatibi is called al-Nazar fi al-Ma'ālat places maqāsid syari'ah as aform of expressing the emphasis on the relationship between God's law content andhumane legal aspirations. To see the importance of maqāsid syari'ah knowledge inijtihad, one must have two criteria that must be met, namely being able to understandwell the maqāsid syari'ah perfectly and the ability to draw legal meaning based onknowledge and understanding of maqāsid syari'ah with the help of language skills.Arabic well and understanding the knowledge of the Koran and hadith well too." @default.
