- W3201105306 abstract "Low back pain is a very common health problem affecting about 80% of the global population and has an impact on biomedical, psychological and sociological areas. There are many types of treatment centered around evidence-based practice. This paper tries to present most of the therapeutic methods used to ease pain and improve the quality of life. Manual therapy, core exercises, dry needling, kinesiotaping and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation have different efficacies and result in treating and managing pain. It could be quite certain to indicate a superiority of manual therapy and core exercises over the rest of evaluated methods. This article demonstrates examples of core exercises that in some cases may be useful to help with low back pain." @default.
