- W3201927071 abstract "The purpose of the research is to study the impact of the digital economy on the formation of personnel competencies model and to determine the methodological aspects of its business structures implementation. Design/methodology/approach: The scientific foundations of human resource management based on the competency-based approach are considered in the works of M. Armstrong, T. Bazarov, V. Vesnin, N. G. Karkulenko, V. V. Travina, I. K. Makarova, P. Sheil, S. Shapiro, L. V. Kartashova, A. V. Deyneka and others. The writing team: E. Loshkareva, P. Luksha, I. Ninenko, I. Smagin, D. Sudakov,—has identified several trends that determine the image of a digital society and staff behavior in the twenty-first century. More thorough attention is paid to the concepts of “digitalization” and “digital economy” in the works of foreign authors—N. Nigroponte, D. Tapscott, L. Mesenburg and others, as well as in the works of the russian ones—A. Babkin, V. Matveev, N. Vasilenko and others. The study shows that the identification and systematization of key competencies in the context of global digitalization is at an initial stage and requires the development of public policy and, of course, the continuation of scientific research. Successful implementation of the competency model in the digital economy requires new directions for the development of an appropriate organizational culture, as well as the use of digital educational technologies." @default.
