- W3201949965 abstract "Herein, fast and uniform deposition of tannic acid iron ion self-assembled metal–organic network (Fe3+-TA) was established using salt induction strategy over graphene oxide (GO) based styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) support (Fe3+-TA-GO/SBS) to prepare modified asphalt. Mechanical properties of the SBS modified asphalt (SBS-MA), GO/SBS-MA, and Fe3 + -TA-GO/SBS-MA were systematically studied via dynamic shear rheometer, multiple stress creep recovery test, and thermogravimetric analysis. The mechanism of Fe3+-TA-GO in SBS-MA was elucidated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Results showed that the penetration of 0.10 % Fe3+-TA-GO/SBS-MA is 38.3 % lower than that of SBS-MA, which indicates excellent viscoelastic properties, rutting resistance, and thermal stability 0.10 % Fe3+-TA-GO/SBS-MA modified asphalt. This green biomimetic modification method effectively solves the agglomeration problem of GO in asphalt and promotes the formation of a well-developed SBS network structure in Fe3+-TA-GO/SBS-MA, which could be considered as a promising approach for the preparation of modified asphalt with enhanced properties for practical applications." @default.
