- W3202165369 abstract "目的 评价巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的疗效及安全性.方法 88例急性脑梗死患者,按照随机双盲法分成对照组和观察组,各44例.对照组接受依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受巴曲酶治疗.对比两组临床疗效、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、脑血管储备功能以及凝血指标变化情况.结果 观察组总有效率为97.73％(43/44),高于对照组的84.09％(37/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者的NIHSS评分(6.02±1.13)分低于对照组的(8.93±2.45)分,ADL评分(88.99±8.46)分高于对照组的(74.66±7.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的血流灌注指数(PI)、脑血管储备能力(CVR)、脑动脉平均血流量(MCV)增加值均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 选择巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死的药学价值显著,对改善其神经功能,恢复生活能力具有积极作用,值得临床推广应用." @default.
