Adanya revolusi industri telah menyebabkan perubahan yang signifikan dan ketidakpastian dunia dalam menghadapi situasi ini. Ketidakpastian menimbulkan tantangan dan masalah yang harus diselesaikan. Setiap pemecahan masalah dapat dengan cepat dianalisis untuk menghilangkan ketidakpastian yang terjadi. Dengan dukungan teknologi, bank dapat melakukan perubahan pada layanan perbankan. Situasi dunia sedang dilanda pandemi Covid-19 dan mengubah transaksi masyarakat, dari konvensional menjadi digital. Faktor kesehatan yang menurun dan situasi pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi berdampak pada terbatasnya aktivitas lansia dalam mengakses perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodifikasi model bisnis layanan perbankan digital untuk lansia. Penulis menjelaskan model bisnis melalui pendekatan peta empati dan mendeskripsikannya melalui kanvas model bisnis dan perencanaan skenario untuk merancang model bisnis yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan calon pelanggan. Wawancara dengan pejabat eksekutif bank, wawancara dengan lansia, melakukan survei kuesioner, dan studi pustaka yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan masukan dari berbagai sudut pandang. Semua data yang terkumpul digunakan sebagai acuan pembuatan peta empati, perencanaan skenario, dan kanvas model bisnis segmen lansia. Empat skenario dikembangkan untuk layanan perbankan digital dengan segmen lansia dan mengidentifikasi potensi serta dampak ketidakpastian yang signifikan, yaitu perkembangan teknologi dan pandemi Covid-19. Untuk setiap dimensi skenario dengan dua nilai ekstrim yaitu positif dan negatif maka dihasilkan empat skenario. Satu skenario dipilih, yang kemungkinan besar akan terjadi di masa depan, dan mengusulkan model bisnis baru yang digambarkan melalui kanvas model bisnis. Namun, semua skenario yang disiapkan cenderung mempengaruhi semua elemen model bisnis yang saling terkait, sehingga diperlukan sebuah transformasi. Any problem solving can be quickly analyzed to eliminate the uncertainty that occurs. With the support of technology, banks can make changes to banking services. The world situation is being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic and changes people's transactions, from conventional to digital. Declining health factors and the covid-19 pandemic situation that occurred have an impact on limiting the activities of elderly people in accessing banking. This research aims to modify a business model of digital banking services for the elderly. The author explains the business model through an empathy map approach and describes it through a business model canvas and scenario planning to design a business model that fits potential customers' needs. Interviews with bank executives officer, interviews with the elderly's, conduct survey questionnaires, and literature studies used in this study to obtain input from various points of view. All the data collected is used as a reference for making empathy maps, scenario planning, and business model canvas for the elderly segment. Four scenarios were developed for digital banking services for the elderly segment and identified the potential and impact of significant uncertainties, namely the Technological developments and the Covid-19 Pandemic. For each scenario dimension with two extreme values, positive and negative, it then produces four scenarios. One scenario is selected, which is likely to occur in the future, and proposed a new business model depicted through the business model canvas. However, all prepared scenarios tend to affect all interrelated elements of the business model, so that a transformation is needed.
