When the literature is examined, it is seen that these concepts contribute to the success of employees and therefore organizations and have gained importance in recent years and have been widely discussed in scientific studies (Akcakanat & Uzunbakak, 2017:787), (Çankır & Yener, 2017:61), (Göktaş Kulualp, 2016:750). The field survey was conducted on employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a positive relationship between the variables of the study. It has been found that proactive personality has a positive effect on passion for work and employee voice, and employee voice has a positive effect on passion for work. It has also been found that working voice has a mediating role in the effect of proactive personality on passion for work." @default.
