• W3203939233 abstract "Galeri Vinni was founded in early 2017 by Vinni Nurizky. Galeri Vinni is a small-scale enterprise in the production of invitation cards for wedding. The core business is making an invitation card. But Galeri Vinni only does the design and outsource the production process, which may affect lead time, price, and quality of the product. This study aims to develop the existing business model of Galeri Vinni. This development is to accelerate the business by purchasing the printing and finishing machine to control the production process and expand the service. This study using analysis based on a survey with potential customers to get inputs that can support the development of the business then poured into a new business model canvas. The business model canvas consists of nine building blocks: customer segment, value proposition, channels, customer relationship, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, revenue stream, and cost structure. The calculation of revenue projection, internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV), and the payback period is discussed in the financial projection. The results showed that the payback period for investment in printing and finishing machines resulted in 2.47 years. The NPV of this business model development is estimated to be IDR 625,766,869 with 35% IRR, and the NPV of the existing business model of Galeri Vinni is IDR 136,834,183. The NPV of the business model development of Galeri Vinni is higher than the current business model. The calculation results in terms of economic show that the business model development that will be carried out by Galeri Vinni is feasible. Galeri Vinni didirikan pada awal 2017 oleh Vinni Nurizky. Galeri Vinni adalah perusahaan skala kecil dalam pembuatan kartu undangan untuk pernikahan. Untuk memastikan rencana tersebut layak secara ekonomi, perhitungan proyeksi pendapatan, internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV), dan periode pengembalian dibahas dalam proyeksi keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa periode pengembalian investasi dalam mesin cetak dan mesin finishing menghasilkan 2,47 tahun.
