However, effective methods for observing the ultrafast dynamic processes of hot carriers are concentrated on the time domain, on which it is difficult and complex to operate. We propose a novel, to the best of our knowledge, and creative strategy to convert the time-domain dynamic process into a spatially thermal redistribution in suspended carbon nanotube fibers. The large average free path of photoinduced hot holes ensures a prominent offset of temperature distribution. The experimental results confirm the theory about electrically driven transport of hot holes, which has rarely been reported." @default.
