Интересът към корпоративната социална отговорност се разширява поради нарастващите очаквания на обществото и ролята на бизнеса. Социално отговорното поведение на компаниите е една възможност бизнесът в сътрудничество с останалите заинтересовани страни да съдейства за гарантирането на устойчив растеж на глобалната икономика. Разглеждани от гледна точка на бизнес стратегията на организациите, социалните инвестиции следва да бъдат верифицирани, оценени и отчетени по единна методология и с методически инструментариум, който едновременно да отчита различията, но и да дава възможност за съпоставимост с аналитични цели. Това определя повишените изисквания към методическия подход и инструментариумът, с който се верифицират и оценяват резултатите от социално отговорните практики. Проблемът се усложнява от бързото развитие на видовото разнообразие и формите на корпоративната социална отговорност. В настоящата статия се изследва възможността за приложение на EVA-based models в управлението на корпоративната социална отговорност на фирмено равнище. Резултатите са интерпретирани с аналогични сравнения с тези от класическите методи за оценка на корпоративната социална отговорност. English Abstract: The emergence and development of the Global Initiative for Sustainable Development and the concept of corporate social responsibility have given new impetus to the development of the theory and practice of strategic management at all levels of the national economy. Interest in CSR in our country is expanding due to growing public expectations about the role of business. This determines the increased demands on the methodological approach and toolkit, which verify and evaluate the performance of socially responsible practices. The main goal of the current report is to summarize the results of the applied science research of theoretical sources, models, legal and normative regulations to implement the concept of corporate social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility is considered to be not just a successful business practice, but a key factor and priority of the international and national sustainable development policy. The generation and development of national and global models for corporate social responsibility have been researched, as well as the main principles and priorities which have been elicited from both international and national strategic documents. The good practices of the companies, members of the Bulgarian network for corporate social responsibility, have been analyzed. In this article, without seeking to theorizing, the author aims to clarify the nature of CSR and on this basis to justify the state of payment of labor in Bulgaria. This article explores the possibility of application of EVA - based management in assessing corporate social responsibility. The results are interpreted by analogous comparisons with those of classic methods for assessing CSR." @default.
