• W3204333883 abstract "The recent changes in the field of higher professional education related to the pandemic lead to the need to apply new methods and forms of work with students. This article deals with the use of distance learning in the organization of independent work with educational material. This work is devoted to the features of distance learning in general. The necessity of application of distance educational technologies in modern educational process is explained, and also advantages and lacks of such training are opened. Special attention is paid to practical issues of distance learning, forms are described and ideas for its application are offered. At this stage, the main problem is the lack of a single unified electronic platform for learning. After all, in the process of distance learning, the teacher can use various online services that he has mastered. The visually attractive interface contributes to creating a positive impression of the process of user interaction with the website and, as a result, forms a positive attitude towards learning in the student. The paper considers the development and implementation of a distance learning database system with two levels of access: teacher and student, which can be further developed, improved and subsequently used to organize educational processes in higher education institutions. The developed application is a software product that is written in the PHP programming language of the seventh version. During the study, the essence of the concept of distance education system, its structure, methods and means of implementation were analyzed. The object-oriented approach used in the process of mobile application development, which allows for further modernization of the system. It should be noted that the created platform for distance learning is the initial stage in the introduction of modern technologies in learning processes. In further work it is necessary to take into account the specific requirements of higher education. In the future, it could become a powerful tool for providing e-learning support to students. Зміни, що відбуваються останнім часом у сфері вищої професійної освіти, пов'язані з пандемією, призводять до необхідності застосування нових методів і форм роботи зі студентами. У даній статті мова йде про застосування дистанційного навчання при організації самостійної роботи з навчальним матеріалом. Дана робота присвячена особливостям дистанційного навчання в цілому. Пояснюється необхідність застосування дистанційних освітніх технологій в сучасному навчальному процесі, а також розкриваються переваги і недоліки такого навчання. Особлива увага приділяється практичним питанням дистанційного навчання, описуються форми і пропонуються ідеї щодо його застосування. На даному етапі головною проблемою являється відсутність єдиної уніфікованої електронної платформи для навчання. Адже в процесі дистанційного навчання викладач може використовувати різноманітні онлайн-сервіси, які він опанував. Візуально привабливий інтерфейс сприяє створенню позитивного враження від процесу взаємодії користувача з сайтом і, як наслідок, формує у учня позитивне ставлення до навчання. У роботі розроблено та реалізовано системи бази даних дистанційного навчання з двома рівнями доступу: «вчитель» та «учень», яку в подальшому можна розвивати, удосконалювати та згодом використовувати для організації освітніх процесів у закладах вищої освіти. Розроблений додаток являє собою програмний продукт, який написаний мовою програмування PHP 7-ої версії. В ході дослідження були проаналізовані сутність поняття системи дистанційної освіти, її структура, засоби і способи реалізації. Використаний в процесі розробки мобільного додатка об'єктно-орієнтований підхід, дозволяє здійснювати подальшу модернізацію системи. Слід зазначити, що створена платформа для дистанційного навчання є початковим етапом по впровадженню сучасних інформаційних технологій в процеси навчання. При подальшій роботі необхідно враховувати конкретні освітні вимоги закладу вищої освіти.
