The study aims to determine BPCR screening’s effect on a smart application to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality. The quasi-experimental design has been untied for the intervention and control group. The research place is in the public health center (PHC) in Padang City, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a quota sampling with a total sample size which is 230 subjects. Data analysis with SPSS version 25.0 software and the logistic regression model was used to determine the association between the dependent and independent variables. The results stated that the control group respondents would risk maternal complications as much as 2.080 times than the intervention group. The neonatal complication would have a risk of neonatal complications of 0.322 times in the control group compared to the intervention group. The result shows BPCR based on the smart application effects to reduce maternal and neonatal complications." @default.
