- W3205719052 abstract "The nanocomposites for hydrogen storage application were designed using three components of Ce2W2O9, CoWO4 and porous carbon. The sonochemical method were used for preparation of binary Ce2W2O9/CoWO4 nanocomposites (NCs) in the presence of PEG/tween as emulsion phase and capping agent. The porous carbon (PC) component derived from natural source of Oleaster powder and synthesized by biomass method. Designed ternary nanocomposites of Ce2W2O9/CoWO4/PC applied as electrode material in the cell of hydrogen storage system. Two parameters of current density and dosage of PC studied in terms of effect on the hydrogen storage capacity. Electrochemical properties of Ce2W2O9/CoWO4/PC nanocomposites were explored by CV and charge–discharge chronopotentiometry techniques. The discharge capacity for Ce2W2O9/CoWO4/PC nanocomposites by 70% of PC component measured 660 mAhg−1 at current of 2 mA. However, the discharge capacity for binary nanocomposites of Ce2W2O9/CoWO4 calculated about 115 mAhg−1 at current of 2 mA. According to the obtained results, the Ce2W2O9/CoWO4/PC nanocomposites demonstrated suitable capacity as potential and promising active material for hydrogen storage devices." @default.
