CNT-water nanofluid of Prandtl number 6.9 is considered as a working fluid which flow into the square cavity from a port at the upper part of the left wall and exits from another port at the lower of the right side wall. The governing differential equations of the fluid mechanics and the structural mechanics, which include continuity, momentum, energy and displacement, have been solved using the Galerkin finite element method implemented in Arbitrary Eulerian-Lagrangian (ALE) approach. The governing parameters of the present study are Reynolds number (between 100 and 500), magnetic inclination angle (between 0° and 90°), Hartmann number (between 0 and 60), nanofluid concentration (0 to 6%), flexible wall elastic modulus (between 104 and 108). The results revealed that, the effect of the average Nusselt number increase with nanofluid concentration increase, the best magnetic inclination angle was zero, and when Hartmann number increase, local heat transfer becomes more effective. This study has also showed that the use of flexible hot wall improves the heat transfer, so that the enhancement in the average Nusselt number when using the flexible hot wall is about (22%) compared with rigid hot wall, respectively at Re = 300, Ha = 25, ɣ=45, φ=0.02, E =104. It is also found that the average Nusselt number increases with Elastic of modulus number. Entropy generation and Bejan number are investigate for different cases. the S gen, mu decreases as E increases. While the S gen, T decreases as E increases.
