This study mainly aims to solve a multi-objective dual-channel closed-loop supply chain, considering the uncertain nature of price and demand. To do this, two novel hybrid meta-heuristic algorithms are developed with some changes in their mechanism. The proposed model is then conducted in the lighting industry, and the numerical results are presented. They prove that the proposed model is applicable for considering the concept of new product development (NPD) in a sustainable supply chain network design (SCND). Moreover, the performance of the proposed hybrid approach is more efficient than single algorithms. Finally, a comprehensive discussion is presented to reveal the managerial insights into the results." @default.
