- W3209233024 abstract "Perhaps the most important task of our country is to preserve and increase natural resources, and as an integral part of this process -the correct and rational use of the topsoil. The more rational and responsible we will be in the use of land, the more productive and profitable our contribution and material costs will be.Unfortunately, at present, our farms are experiencing considerable chaos regarding the use of land that is in their use. Veryoften there are situations when fields that are depleted by prolonged planting of one crop, or vice versa, a field that should be ploughed and give a rich crop, grows shrubs and it used as pasture for cattle, namely, is not used for its intended purpose.Somedaring and unscrupulous agricultural societies, on the other hand, use hayfields or pastures as arable land, but seeing only economic benefits, regardless of the condition of the soil layer of the earth’s surface, and not developing a proper soil improvement program. Therefore, at the legislative level, our state must force agricultural enterprises to approach the use of certain lands, always taking into account the possible state of use of these lands for at least the next 7 years. The obligation to be responsible for the use of Ukraine’s most important wealth -land, should be the development of land management projects that provide environmental and economic justification of crop rotation and land management, monitoring compliance with the terms of this project, as well as the order of soil surveys, at least once every five years. With the implementation of all agro-technical and agrochemical measures, agricultural enterprises and other owners and users of land, we can get higher yields of crops." @default.
