The study tul was the questionnaire which was distributed by the researcher to a random sample of (350) individual of faculty and staff. The researcher also distributed a questionnaire to a sample of (30) individual of (30) male/female students of the Academy. Several statistical methods have bin used in this study, including: (SPSS) and (AMOS) software packages. Moreover, the descriptive analytical approach and the quantitative approach were used. The study has reached many results, the most important of which was that the concentration of the surveyed individuals in the study community on the dimensions that were used in measuring and evaluating the role of interactive electronic education in supporting the competitive advantage of private universities in Egypt, which was applied to (Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in Alexandria), was gud. The study also demonstrated the diversity of factors that affect the competitive advantage betwin interaction, learning, and synchronization. All of which have an impact on competitive advantage, except for demographic factors that have no impact on the relationship betwin interactive e-learning and competitive advantage. As well, the results indicated that academy students believe that the interactive e-learning system provides a wider scope for appropriate use of learning. This helps the college accelerate its internal dealings and procedures, and achieve its objectives. ملخص البحثهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التعليم الإلكتروني التفاعلي في دعم الميزة التنافسية للجامعات الخاصة في مصر، وذلك من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري بالاسكندرية، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة التي قام الباحث بتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية قدرها (350) مفردة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين، كما قام الباحث بتوزيع استبانة لدراسة الحالة على عينة قدرها (30) مفردة من (30) طالب وطالبة بالأكاديمية، وقد تم استخدام العديد من الطرق الاحصائية منها: برنامج (SPSS) وبرنامج (Amos)، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكذلك المنهج الكمي، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج كان من أهمها أن نسبة تركيز المبحوثين في مجتمع الدراسة على الأبعاد التي تم استخدامها في قياس وتقييم دورالتعليم الإلكتروني التفاعلي في دعم الميزة التنافسية للجامعات الخاصة في مصر بالتطبيق على (الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري بالأسكندرية) كانت جيدة، كما أثبتت الدراسة تنوع العوامل التى تؤثر في الميزة التنافسية مابين التفاعل، والتعلم، والتزامن، فجميعها لها أثر على الميزة التنافسية باستثناء العوامل الديموغرافية والتى ليس لها تأثير على العلاقة ما بين التعليم الإلكتروني التفاعلي والميزة التنافسية، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة أيضا إلى أن طلاب الأكاديمية يرون أن نظام التعليم الإلكتروني التفاعلي يوفر مجال أوسع للإستخدام المناسب للتعلم، ويساعد الكلية في تسريع تعاملاتها وإجراءاتها الداخلية وتحقيق أهدافها." @default.
