- W3210583586 abstract "AbstractAll aspects of existence, whether it is governance, sports, or industry, are now being done by digital means. The government’s ability to perform its acts through the usage of e-services is projected to render effective services accessible to the public. The government, as we knew it, has to be updated in order to preserve accountability. This will be done if the government utilizes technologies efficiently. In this report, we would like to see a connection between the employee’s perceived capacity to apply technology to the transition of e-government with the extent of their readiness to use e-government in Bantul Regency. There is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative methods utilized in this analysis. Any of the knowledge in E-government was collected in the questionnaire. A survey was run on a small community of government employees to examine different factors that affect their views on the Government of Bantul Regency. The writers were able to point out several study results relevant to the transition of E-Government by looking into some of the following: a shift of government, a redesign of organization structure, and a display of countercultural and technical developments. The data gathered in the survey of the respondents indicated that there is a need for a greater expenditure to finance the start-up of this technology. Finally, managers must make sure their workers who already have a strong working relationship yet still need to be updated on this law as well. For those who may not recognize, the government of Bantul Regency should also be regarded for any forms of transportation facility operations. The Regent must strengthen employees’ capabilities so that they can bring about the transformation of e-government for the welfare of the people.KeywordsTransforme-GovernmentBehaviorGovernment employeesBantul Regency Government" @default.
