Interestingly, patients with mutated CSMD1 exhibit a high mutation burden and upregulated PDL1 expression. The ratio of microsatellite instability (MSI) in the CSMD1 mutation cohort was higher than that in the cohort without CSMD1 mutation. Furthermore, patients with CSMD1 mutation have been found to possess a higher number of activated CD4+ T cells and neoantigens.CSMD1 mutation may act as a novel biomarker for assessing the survival and immune therapy response in patients with gastric cancer." @default.
