- W3213486254 abstract "Background and objective: The present article has been written with the aim of designing a model of sustainable human resource management in the Iranian administrative system for good governance with emphasis on value approach. Little research has been done on sustainable human resource management in the public administration system, and on the other hand, there is no comprehensive and complete view on the issue of sustainability in human resource management in line with good governance and compatible with the value system and policy of each country.Method: The research is applied in terms of purpose and method. The qualitative part was done by content analysis method with emphasis on upstream documents and the quantitative part was done by a descriptive-survey method.Results: The result of the analysis was the identification of 39 basic themes, 8 organizing themes, and 3 comprehensive themes which were presented in the form of a template. To decide on the possible omission of the subjects, a one-sample mean t-test, and a questionnaire was used with the participation of 25 human resource managers and the administrative system of government organizations. The average of all markers is above 3.66, so according to experts, all identified themes were related to the relevant pattern.Conclusion: In general, the results of the research indicate that the current view in the literature and background on sustainable human resource management is not a comprehensive and value-based view; Therefore, a comprehensive model was presented according to the upstream documents of the country in the direction of good governance." @default.
