This is caused by the rarity of talented people available in the labor supply market, which causes organizations to think of different ways to achieve their needs of talents. To recruit talented candidates, organizations often use a different set of strategies, including recruiting fresh graduates who has just finished their studies, recruiting talents that have worked in other companies via talent acquisitions, or developing their own employees by giving them knowledges, skills, and attitudes needed to meet the organizational needs. After the organization identifies and acquires the needed talents, those talents will be prepared in order to assume the responsibilities of their job. Also, the organization has to ensure that the talents are able to adapt to the environment and dynamics of the organization, and to interact with their peers and colleagues in a positive manner.
