• W3214848915 abstract "エネルギー・環境問題に関するこれまでの情報提供では，人々が情報を熟慮的かつ論理的に処理することを前提としてきた。しかし，このような従来の方法には限界があると指摘されており，自動的かつ直感的な情報処理にも着目することが必要となる。本稿では，そのような情報処理を誘発し得る情報として，物語型・鮮明型・エピソード型と呼ばれる形式に焦点を当て，それぞれに関連するコミュニケーション研究を横断的にレビューした上で，その活用可能性を検討することを目的とする。各々の情報形式に関する知見は異なる領域で蓄積されてきたが，共通点も多いため分野を横断して俯瞰することが重要になる。ここでは上述の形式の情報がもつ機能を，処理の動機づけ，疑似体験の誘発，話題の「自分事」化，感情の喚起，の４つに整理している。これらは独立して作用するのではなく，互いに関連しあいながら，従来用いられてきたような情報とは異なる影響を受け手に与えると考えられる。既往研究の整理を踏まえて，非従来型情報の４つの機能をエネルギーコミュニケーションにおいてどのように活用することができるかを議論している。" @default.
