In the distribution network planning, due to too many factors, the traditional genetic algorithm has been difficult to plan the global optimal search. This article analyzes the foraging behavior of bacteria and simulates the foraging behavior of bacteria. According to the tendency behavior, replication, elimination, and migration behavior of bacteria in the foraging process, an improved bacteria foraging algorithm is proposed. The bacteria in the traditional bacterial foraging algorithm are divided into communities and combined with the particle swarm algorithm to increase the diversity of the population, expand the search space, and determine the location and capacity of the distributed power supply in the distribution network according to multiple influencing factors. By improving the initialization operation of migration behavior of bacterial foraging algorithm, the population is updated to prevent the loss of elite individuals, which makes the algorithm jump out of local optimum and improves the accuracy and convergence speed." @default.
