Bahkan beberapa industry mengalami kebangkrutan dan mengharuskan tutup dikarenakan kondisi wabah covid 19 ini. Wabah covid 19 ini menyebabkan masyarakat mengurangi aktivitas diluar rumah sehingga menyebabkan berkurangnya nya jumlah pelanggan yang berkunjung ke gerai dan melakukan pembelian. Industry food and beverge adalah salah satu industry yang paling terkena dampak dari virus corona ini, maka dari itu perlu adanya sebuah strategy atau tindakan untuk meminimalisir kerugian yang dapat dialami oleh perusahaan sehingga dapat menyeimbangkan antara pengeluaran dan pendapatan sehingga tidak mengalami kerugian. Maka dari itu perlu diadakan nya tindakan tindakan yang dapat mengurangi kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh wabah ini sehingga perusahaan dapat tetap menjalankan perusahaan nya dan menstabilkan pengeluaran dan pendapatan. Adapun hal hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh industry F&B untuk mengatasi hal tersebut yaitu yang pertama dengan cara mengatur strategi bisnis dan melakukan promosi disosial media dengan seoptimal mungkin, yang kedua lebih memfokus kan terhadap order online delivery karena pada saat ini pelanggan lebih banyak memesan dari rumah dibandingkan datang ketempat secara langsung. Yang ketiga yaitu dengan mengatur dana pengeluaran operasional perusahaan kedepannya agar tidak terjadi nya lonjakan pengeluaran dana dibandingkan dengan pendapatanya maka harus diatur sedini mungkin. Dan masil banyak lagi hal hal yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan agar perusahaan nya tetap berjalan ditengah wabah pendemi covid 19 ini . English Abstract: Writing this paper aims to determine the impact of corona on the food and beverage industry and solutions that can be done so that the industry continues to run as it should. As for the background of this paper because at the end of the 19th plague has paralyzed some industrial activities, especially in the food and beverage industry. This certainly becomes an alarming condition and is a threat to the country's economy. in addition, there are many company employees who have to get laid off because the company is not able to pay the salaries of its employees because the income is not in accordance with expenses. Even some industries went bankrupt and had to close due to the condition of the 19th plague.The COVID-19 outbreak caused the community to reduce activities outside the home, thereby reducing the number of customers visiting outlets and making purchases. The food and beverage industry is one of the industries most affected by this corona virus, therefore it is necessary to have a strategy or action to minimize losses that can be experienced by the company so that it can balance between expenses and income so that it does not experience losses. Therefore it is necessary to hold actions that can reduce losses caused by this outbreak so that the company can continue to run its company and stabilize expenses and income.The things that can be done by the F&B industry to overcome this is the first by managing business strategies and promoting social media as optimal as possible, the second is more focused on online delivery orders because at this time more customers order from home than come to the place directly. The third is by regulating the company's operational expenditure funds in the future so that there is no surge in funding expenditures compared with his income, it must be regulated as early as possible.
