- W353722997 abstract "右前頭—頭頂葉皮質下出血後，本人の矢状面方向で前方に90度回転する「姿勢図式」障害を一過性に呈した１例を報告した。本例は，姿勢の認識の神経心理機構について示唆を与える症例である。症例 : 84歳右利き女性。左片麻痺，左半身知覚鈍麻を認めた。CTにて右前頭–頭頂葉皮質下に高吸収域を認めた。第4～6病日，患者自身はベッド上仰臥位なのに，患者自身の身体は垂直に立っていると訴えた。周囲の景色もそれに対応して前方に90度回転していた。本症状は閉眼状態でも持続し，座位では消失した。矢状面で前方に90度回転する「姿勢図式」障害はきわめてまれで，その発現機序は明確でないが，本例では視覚性の空間認識障害や身体図式障害だけでは説明困難であった。頭頂連合野に，血腫による刺激症状として，体性感覚系・視覚系・前庭系間の情報の統合障害による混乱が生じて，本例の特異な「姿勢図式」障害が出現する可能性が示唆された。" @default.
