- W36367811 abstract "The purpose of this paper was to discuss how various factors intertwine to affect Taiwanese employees’ decisions to behavioral intention to use Facebook to support collaborative learning by applying the expanded technology acceptance model (TAM). The model was assessed by data collected from 385 participants using a survey questionnaire. Results show that social influence has strongest influence on using Facebook supporting collaboration in training adopting intention. Additionally, we found that women are strongly influenced by co-workers and supervisors." @default.
